Multi-messenger Transient Alert Dashboard
Monitor alert rates and stream health across observatories and transient brokers.
This dashboard brings multi-messenger alert counts and service-health metrics into one view. Development begins with GCN and TNS, with planned breakdowns by observatory and phenomenon and subsequent Rubin broker, Kafka-topic and FASTDB metrics.
