1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the CanDIAPL Multi-Messenger Portal, you agree to use it for research, academic, and scientific purposes in connection with CanDIAPL and CANFAR infrastructure.
2. Service description
MMP provides a CADC-authenticated portal for tool discovery, launch handoffs, documentation, preferences, and pipeline graph design. Some tools are external services or repositories with their own terms, availability, and security boundaries.
3. Accounts and credentials
MMP uses CADC OIDC so users do not need another login. You are responsible for maintaining your CADC/CANFAR, GitHub, GitLab, Harbor, and related account security.
4. Research artifacts
You retain rights to your code, data, models, workflows, and outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that data handling, licenses, and deployments comply with CANFAR policies, institutional requirements, and applicable law.
5. Availability
The portal and connected tools are provided as available and may depend on CADC, CANFAR, GitHub, ReadTheDocs, PyPI, Harbor, ARC, Vault, and other infrastructure.
6. Conduct and security
Use MMP in accordance with CANFAR conduct and security guidance. Do not attempt to access data, tools, containers, or workflows beyond your authorization.
